Tunics and Dresses
The Angevin Treasures line of historical costumes are designed by Kirsten Wienand Vaughan (aka Maîtresse Aénor d'Anjou). Kirsten has been sewing most of her life and began her career as a professional costumer in 1991. She is known throughout re-enactment circles in the eastern US for her fine garments and accessories. Her speciality is clothing of the Angevin Empire (England and France 11-13th century). She graduated with a Batchelors in Graphic Design from North Carolina State University in 1992 and has also studied many other arts such as drawing, painting, pottery, art history, jewelry making and music
All of her pieces are one-of a kind originals. Give her your measurements and an idea of what you'd like and she'll let you know how long and how much it might take. Prices on commissions are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Prepayment of 50% of the estimated total is due before work can begin.
